Returns a value that indicates whether the key identifier for this instance matches the specified object.

Remarks
For the X509IssuerSerialKeyIdentifierClause class, the values of the key identifier clauses that are compared to determine if there is a match are the values of the IssuerName and IssuerSerialNumber properties.

Returns
true if certificate has the same issuer name and issuer serial number as the current instance; otherwise, false.
Remarks
The issuer name and issuer serial number are obtained from the certificate parameter, by getting the value of the IssuerName property and calling the GetSerialNumber method, respectively.
