wingdi.h says DM_INTERLACED and DM_GRAYSCALE are no longer valid

Since wingdi.h says that the display flags (DM_INTERLACED and DM_GRAYSCALE) are no longer valid and comments them out, what are we supposed to use to find out about interlaced or grayscale monitors??
