The Forward method creates and returns another message that can be used to forward this message.
Syntax
Function Forward() as CDO.MessageHRESULT Forward(IMessage** pVal);
Remarks
The Forward method returns the IMessage interface on the new message.
If the configuration field https://schemas.microsoft.com/cdo/configuration/usemessageresponsetext is set to True (VARIANT_TRUE), the original message is formatted as shown in the following example:

Subject: Hello There
The message response text is localized into the language specified by the https://schemas.microsoft.com/cdo/configuration/languagecode configuration field.
The Forward method retains all attachments from this message but does not set any recipients on the new message.
