The AppOopRecoverLimit property specifies the maximum number of times an out-of-process application will be restarted after a failure. The server will not service requests from components that have exceeded this limit. This property does not apply to applications or extensions that are run in-process.
IIS must be restarted before changes to this property take effect.
The metabase represents unlimited as the DWORD value of 4294967295 (0xFFFFFFFF); however, VBScript represents unlimited in hexadecimal format as &HFFFFFFFF. Previous versions of IIS represented unlimited as -1.
