The ServerListenTimeout property specifies the amount of time (in seconds) the server waits for a client to send data. After the allotted amount of time passes, the server disconnects the client.
IIS 6.0: This property does not apply to the Web service (IIsWebService, IIsWebServer). Use ConnectionTimeout, HeaderWaitTimeout, and MinFileBytesPerSec instead.
