Moving Team Foundation Server

Over time, you might discover that you need to change your Team Foundation Server deployment. For example, you might discover that you need a faster processor, or that your business needs would be better met by a smaller-scale deployment. If you find that the deployment configuration does not meet your operational needs, you can move your Team Foundation Server deployment to a new hardware or software configuration. Moving your deployment of Team Foundation Server includes migrating existing users, groups, and permissions.
