XmlDictionaryReader.ReadFullStartElement Method (String, String)

Checks whether the current node is an element with the given localName and namespaceUri and advances the reader to the next node.

Parameters

localName
Type: System.String

The local name of the element.

namespaceUri
Type: System.String

The namespace URI of the element.

ExceptionCondition
XmlException

IsStartElement returns false.
