XmlDictionaryReader.MoveToStartElement Method (String, String)

Tests whether the current content node is a start element or an empty element and if the LocalName and NamespaceURI properties of the element matches the given arguments.

localName
Type: System.String

The local name of the element.

namespaceUri
Type: System.String

The namespace URI of the element.
