The Build web.config file is stored in the Drive:\Program Files\Microsoft Visual Studio 2008 Team Foundation Server\Web Services\Build folder on the application-tier server for Team Foundation. Build Tracking Web.Config Settings

Setting	Description
port	This setting is a numeric value that represents the port number that is used by the build computer. This has to be synchronized with the port in tfsbuildservice.exe.config on the build computer.
