XmlDictionaryWriter.WriteStartAttribute Method (XmlDictionaryString, XmlDictionaryString)

Writes the start of an attribute with the specified local name, and namespace URI.

	XmlDictionaryString localName,
	XmlDictionaryString namespaceUri
)

Parameters

localName: Type: System.Xml.XmlDictionaryString
The local name of the attribute.

namespaceUri: Type: System.Xml.XmlDictionaryString
The namespace URI of the attribute.
