Parameters
- prefix
- Type: System.String
The namespace prefix.
- localName
- Type: System.String
The local name of the element.
- namespaceUri
- Type: System.String
The namespace URI of the element.
- array
- Type: System.Int16[]
The array that contains the nodes.
- offset
- Type: System.Int32
The starting index in the array.
- count
- Type: System.Int32
The number of nodes to get from the array.

| ArgumentOutOfRangeException | offset is < 0 or > array length. |
| ArgumentOutOfRangeException | count is < 0 or > array length minus offset. |
