Team Foundation Server Administration

Effective administration of Team Foundation Server is important to the success of your team projects. Team Foundation Server administrative tasks depend on the project management features that your organization requires. In order to administer Team Foundation Server, you want to understand Team Foundation Server users, groups, security permissions and inheritance, and project portals. Typically other aspects of Team Foundation Server administration, such as configuration, daily monitoring and maintenance, and disaster recovery preparation, are familiar to the experienced server administrator.

Before you can start administering Team Foundation Server, you must first plan for and install Team Foundation Server.
