DataSet Constructor (SerializationInfo, StreamingContext, Boolean)

Initializes a new instance of the DataSet class.

info: Type: System.Runtime.Serialization.SerializationInfo
The SerializationInfo object.

context: Type: System.Runtime.Serialization.StreamingContext
The StreamingContext object.

ConstructSchema: Type: System.Boolean
The boolean value.
