Message.CreateMessage Method (MessageVersion, MessageFault, String)

Creates a message that contains a SOAP fault, a version and an action.

Parameters

version: Type: System.ServiceModel.Channels.MessageVersion
A MessageVersion object that specifies the SOAP version to use for the message.

fault: Type: System.ServiceModel.Channels.MessageFault
A MessageFault object that represents a SOAP fault.

action: Type: System.String
A description of how the message should be processed.

Return Value

Type: System.ServiceModel.Channels.Message
A Message object for the message created.

Exceptions

Exception	Condition
ArgumentNullException	Version, fault or action is Nothing.

Remarks

This static method is used to create a new copy of message ready for sending.
