How to: Publish Project Templates
Publishing project templates in Visual Studio works the same way as publishing other Visual Studio extensions. For more information, see Visual Studio Extension Deployment.
If you have the Visual Studio SDK installed, you can follow the procedures in Creating Extensions By Using the VSIX Project Template to wrap the template in a VSIX package. You can then upload the package to the Visual Studio Gallery Web site, or to another Web site, or to a network share.
