Team Foundation Build Commands
Topics in this section describe the purpose of Team Foundation Build commands and provide usage examples. You can use the TFSBuild.exe command-line tool to run builds from the command-line. It is located in <drive>:\Program Files\Microsoft Visual Studio 9.0\Common7\IDE on the Team Foundation Server client computer. You can use the wcfhttpconfig.exe command-line tool to reserve or free a secondary port. It is located in <drive>:\Program Files\Microsoft Visual Studio 9.0\Common7\IDE\PrivateAssemblies on the build computer.

Even if you are logged on with administrative credentials, you must open an elevated Command Prompt to perform this function on a server that is running Windows Server 2008. To open an elevated Command Prompt, click Start, right-click Command Prompt, and click Run as Administrator. For more information, see the Microsoft Web site. |
