Customizing Menus and Shortcut Keys
A keyboard accelerator allows you to select a menu command or button by pressing ALT+<single letter>. For example, to open the Edit menu, press ALT+E. You can rearrange and modify toolbar buttons, menus, and menu commands by using the Customize dialog box. Instructions are provided for changing the settings using the mouse and using only the keyboard.
Keyboard accelerators for stored procedures using the Ctrl key can be created from the Keyboard page of the Tools/Options dialog box.

Getting SQL Server 2005 AssistanceHi,
I've been struggling with this for longer than I care to admit. All I wanted to do was create short-cut keys for navigating bookmarks strictly within the current document (Edit.Bookmarks.Next Bookmark in Document, etc.) which do not have any short-cut keys associated with them by default. All of the instructions are telling me to perform some steps, then click "Modify Selection" when in fact that button appears to be disabled for everything I have tried. I am frustrated with the user interface that does show a "Keyboard..." button that, honestly, seems to be the more obvious place to put this functionality, yet it only supports 2 dozen hot-keys. I've been using SQL Studio 2005 for 6+ months now and find this to be quite odd and a very disappointing user experience from this tool.
