Reporting Services provides an ActiveX control to support client-side printing for an HTML report. To download the control, you must enable settings on your browser. Note that downloading an ActiveX control requires administrator permissions. You must be a member of the Administrators group if you want to download the control.
To configure a browser for client-side printing

In Microsoft Internet Explorer, from the Tools menu, choose Internet Options, and then click the Security tab.

Select the Trusted sites Web content zone, and then click Sites.

Type the report server URL. By default, this is https://<ComputerName>/reportserver if you are using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL).

Click Add, and then click OK.

Click the Custom Level button. Scroll to the ActiveX controls and plug-ins node.

Click Enable for Download signed ActiveX controls, and then click OK.
