Perspective Object (Model Designer)

Identifies a subset of the model which is provided to the user as a submodel.

Properties

Name	Cardinality	Type	Description
ID	1	ID	A globally unique ID of the perspective that is unchangeable.
Name	1	String	The name of the perspective. This string cannot be an empty string. The name must be unique within the model.
Description	0-1	String	The description of the perspective.
ModelItems	1	Object	The model items that are included in the perspective.
CustomProperties	0-1	Object	Custom properties for the perspective.

Remarks

A perspective is a subset of a model. For Report Builder users, a perspective appears like any other data source.
