How to: Configure Report Execution Properties (Report Manager)

In Report Manager, navigate to the Contents page. Navigate to and open the report that you want to configure execution properties for.

Click the Properties tab.
Or, if the Contents page is in Details view, click the Property Page icon:
The page that contains general report properties is displayed.

Click the Execution tab. The page that contains report execution properties is displayed, and you can configure properties as follows:

To allow users to run the report on demand, select Render this report with the most recent data, and then configure caching options. For more information, see How to: Schedule the Expiration of a Cached Report (Report Manager).

To process this report as a scheduled snapshot, select Render this report from an execution snapshot. For more information about scheduling snapshots, see How to: Schedule a Report Snapshot (Report Manager).

Under Report Execution Timeout, configure report execution time-out settings.

When you have finished configuring execution properties for the report, click Apply.
