A IList<(Of <(T>)>) wrapper around the Collection<(Of <(T>)>).

Remarks

The wrapper provides the functionality of the IList<(Of <(T>)>) class and exposes all the elements of the Collection<(Of <(T>)>).

Retrieving the value of this property is an O(1) operation.
