SqlMetaData.Adjust Method (Byte[])

Validates the specified array of Byte values against the metadata, and adjusts the value if necessary.

public byte[] Adjust(
	byte[] value
)

Parameters

value: Type: System.Byte[]
The value to validate against the SqlMetaData instance.

Return Value

Type: System.Byte[]
The adjusted value as an array of Byte values.

Exceptions

Exception	Condition
ArgumentException	Value does not match the SqlMetaData type, or value could not be adjusted.
