Gets a value indicating whether the attribute value is case-sensitive.

if the attribute value is case-sensitive; otherwise, false
. The default is false
.
Remarks
If this property returns true
, attributes that use the current schema will be case-sensitive. For example, a case-sensitive attribute that accepts values of "Allow" and "Deny" will not accept the values "allow" and "deny".
