ATLMinimizesCRunTimeLibraryUsage Property

Visual Studio 2008

Causes ATL to link to the C runtime libraries statically to minimize dependencies; requires that useOfATL property is set.

true if linkage exists between ATL and C runtime libraries; otherwise, false.
