__VSCREATESOLUTIONFLAGS Enumeration
Controls how a new solution is created.
This enumeration has a FlagsAttribute attribute that allows a bitwise combination of its member values.

| CSF_OVERWRITE | Overwrites existing solution if one exists with the specified name at the specified location. | |

| CSF_DELAYNOTIFY | Delays OnAfterOpenSolution notification until after creation of first project. |
