ServerTraceEventSet.HashWarning Property

Gets or sets a Boolean property value that specifies whether the event is included in the event set. The event occurs when a hashing operation that is not processing on a buffer partition has reverted to an alternate plan.

Namespace:  Microsoft.SqlServer.Management.Smo
Assembly:  Microsoft.SqlServer.Smo (in Microsoft.SqlServer.Smo.dll)

public bool HashWarning { get; set; }

Property Value

Type: System.Boolean
A Boolean value that specifies whether the HashWarning event is included in the event set.
If True, the event is included in the event set.
If False (default), the event is not included in the event set.

Hashing operations include hash join, hash aggregate, hash union, and hash distinct. The hash warning can occur because of recursion depth, data skew, trace flags, or bit counting.

This namespace, class, or member is supported only in version 2.0 of the Microsoft .NET Framework.
