HttpAuthenticationModes Enumeration

The HttpAuthenticationModes enumeration contains values that specify the HTTP port for HTTP endpoints.

This enumeration has a FlagsAttribute attribute that allows a bitwise combination of its member values.

Member nameDescription
AllValue = 15. All authentication modes are enabled.
AnonymousValue = 1. There is no HTTP security header. A SQL Server user name and password must be specified.
BasicValue = 2. The SQL Server user name is encoded as base64binary.
DigestValue = 4. Security header with MD5 hash.
IntegratedValue = 8. Kerberos/NTLM authentication.
KerberosValue = 32 Kerberos.
NtlmValue = 16 NTLM authentication.

The HttpAuthenticationModes enumeration is a bitflag enumeration. Values can be added to obtain a combination of authentication modes.

The HttpAuthenticationModes enumeration class is served by the HttpAuthenticationModes property.
