TaxonomyItem.NormalizeName Method

Normalizes a name of a TaxonomyItem object.

Parameters

name: Type: System.String
The name to normalize

Return Value

Type: System.String
The normalized name

Remarks

The name will be normalized to trim consecutive spaces into one and replace the & character with the wide character version of the character (\uFF06).
