Gets or sets a value that indicates whether the data from the website should be downloaded to the client during offline synchronization.

Type: System.Boolean
true to exclude the website; otherwise, false.

Setting this property to true does not disable synchronization. Instead, it represents a recommendation to the client not to attempt synchronization.
