GridSerializer.DefaultCompare method

Implements a default comparison of two objects by using their IComparable implementations.

Parameters

• left
  Type: System.Object

  The first of two objects to be compared.

• right
  Type: System.Object

  The second of two objects to be compared.

• strict
  Type: System.Boolean

  This parameter is ignored. It must be present so that this method matches the ValueComparer delegate signature.

Return value

Type: System.Int32
Int32 is less than zero if the left operand is less than the right operand, zero if the operands are equal, and positive if the left is greater than the right.
