The behavior of this routine depends on the values of State.Assets.Mesh and the Meshes array. If a mesh resource is provided, the routine will create the mesh and not look at the physics primitives. If no mesh resource is provided and the Meshes array is null, the routine will create a DirectX graphics mesh for each physics primitive in the State.PhysicsPrimitives list
