RichTextContentControl.ShowingPlaceholderText Property

Gets a value that indicates whether the RichTextContentControl is currently displaying placeholder text.

Syntax

bool ShowingPlaceholderText { get; }

Property Value

Type: Boolean
true if the RichTextContentControl is currently displaying placeholder text; otherwise, false.

Remarks

The placeholder text is displayed until the text in the RichTextContentControl is changed by a user action or some other operation. To get or set the placeholder text, use the PlaceholderText property or the SetPlaceholderText method.
