XmlValidatingEventHandler delegate

Represents the method that will handle the Validating event of a field or group.

Parameters

sender
Type: System.Object

The source of the event.

e
Type: Microsoft.Office.InfoPath.XmlValidatingEventArgs

An XmlValidatingEventArgs object that contains the event data.

Important noteImportant

The code skeleton for an event handler associated with the Validating event, which uses the XmlValidatingEventHandler delegate, should be added only from the Microsoft InfoPath user interface. For more information on how to add event handlers in InfoPath, see How to: Add an Event Handler.

This type or member can be accessed from code running in forms opened in Microsoft InfoPath Filler or in a Web browser.
