Gets a reference to the specified SignedDataBlock object from the SignedDataBlockCollection object based on index position.

  The zero-based index of the SignedDataBlock object to retrieve. The specified value must be a number from 0 to the value of the collection's Count property minus 1.

The SignedDataBlock object that corresponds to the specified index value.
