TextInputPanel.CorrectionModeChanging Event

Occurs when the correction mode is about to change.

Namespace: Microsoft.Ink.TextInput
Assembly: Microsoft.Ink (in microsoft.ink.dll)

public event EventHandler<CorrectionModeChangeEventArgs> CorrectionModeChanging
/** @event */
public void add_CorrectionModeChanging (EventHandler<CorrectionModeChangeEventArgs> value)

/** @event */
public void remove_CorrectionModeChanging (EventHandler<CorrectionModeChangeEventArgs> value)

In JScript, you can handle the events defined by a class, but you cannot define your own.
Not applicable.

The following two examples show how to use CorrectionModeChanging.

The first example attaches an CorrectionModeChanging event handler, tip_CorrectionModeChanging, to the TextInputPanel object, tip.

tip.CorrectionModeChanging += new EventHandler<CorrectionModeChangeEventArgs>(tip_CorrectionModeChanging);

The second example defines an event handler for the CorrectionModeChanging event where the values contained in the OldMode and CurrentCorrectionMode are used to set the TextBox.TextTextBox.Text property of a TextBoxTextBox, outputTextBox.

void tip_CorrectionModeChanging(object sender, CorrectionModeChangeEventArgs e)
{
    outputTextBox.Text += "Old Correction Mode is " + e.OldMode + Environment.NewLine;
    outputTextBox.Text += "Current Correction Mode is " + tip.CurrentCorrectionMode + Environment.NewLine;
}
