To perform this action, the caller must have privileges listed in ProvisionLanguage Privileges.

Notes for Callers

Before you can provision a language you must first install language packs.

If you have activity feeds enabled environment, do not use this message. Use Microsoft Dynamics CRM Web application to provision a new language.
