TaskItem Explicit Conversion (TaskItem to String)

Allows an explicit type cast from a TaskItem to a String, and returns the ItemSpec for that item.

taskItemToCast: Type: Microsoft.Build.Utilities.TaskItem
The item to operate on.

The ItemSpec for the item.
