This module enables you to intercept and redirect all write attempts to a protected volume to a virtual overlay instead. It intercepts writes at the file and sector level, and also enables you to specify files, directories, and registry keys to exclude from being filtered.

ProtectedVolumeEntry
You can use the Action setting attribute to specify the action to take when you use the configuration file to create or modify an image. The following table shows the possible values.
