AppUserModelId (Standard 8 Module Reference)

Review the applicable Feature modules and any examples for the AppUserModelId setting in Windows Embedded 8 Standard (Standard 8).

This setting specifies the Application User Model Identifier of the Windows 8 app for Windows 8 Application Launcher to start.

This value is in the format of the package family name, followed by an exclamation point, followed by the application name.

For information about how to identify the AppUserModelId, see Guidelines for Developing Windows 8 Apps for Standard 8.

The following table shows the modules that you can apply this setting to. In Image Configuration Editor (ICE), you can follow the corresponding path to set this setting for a module.
