New features enabled for Team Web Access
By installing the latest version of Visual Studio Team Foundation Server (TFS), you can access new features in Team Web Access (TWA).
Some features show up automatically, but others only show up after they’ve been enabled using the Configure Features wizard. The wizard automatically tries to configure all available features that haven’t yet been enabled.
To start using the features that the wizard enables, see the following topics.
Features made available with the release of TFS 2013
Portfolio Backlogs: Work with portfolio backlogs.
Features made available with the release of TFS 2012
Code Review: Initiate and track code review requests and responses.
Feedback: Request and manage feedback.
Storyboard linking: Access the latest version of storyboards by linking them to work items.
Hidden Types Category: Work items added to this category do not appear in New Work Item menus. This category includes Code Review Request and Code Review Response, Feedback Request and Feedback Response, and Shared Steps. Users should create these work item types through a form or a tool.
To use some of these tools, you’ll need to be added to the full access group in TWA.
