ApplicationView.AdjacentToRightDisplayEdge | adjacentToRightDisplayEdge property

Applies to Windows and Windows Phone

Gets whether the current window (app view) is adjacent to the right edge of the screen.

Syntax

var adjacentToRightDisplayEdge = applicationView.adjacentToRightDisplayEdge;

Property value

Type: Boolean [JavaScript] | System.Boolean [.NET] | Platform::Boolean [C++]

true if the current window is adjacent to the right edge of the screen; false if it is not.

Remarks

This property is useful for docking controls according to the position of the window. For an example of its use, see the Application Views sample.

The property is a nonstatic member of the window object. For JavaScript, this means that it is a method of the window object that getForCurrentView creates, not of the ApplicationView class.
