How to: Print Capital Work in Process Reports
In Microsoft Dynamics NAV, you can generate the following Capital Work in Process (CWIP) reports.
Report | Description |

CWIP |
Displays the details for remaining CWIP labor, material, and overhead amounts for a particular job number and job task number. |
CWIP Register |
Displays the details for remaining CWIP labor, material, and overhead amounts with usage and total cost for a particular job number and job task number. |
CWIP Transaction Detail |
Displays the details for remaining CWIP labor, material, and overhead amounts with usage and total cost for a particular job number and job task number. |
Capitalized CWIP |
Displays the allocation amounts for labor, materials, and overhead amounts that have been capitalized in a fixed asset. The following procedure describes how to print a CWIP report, but the same steps also apply for printing a CWIP register report. |
To print the capital work in process report
In the Search box, enter CWIP, and then choose the related link.
On the Options FastTab, in the Till Date field, enter the ending date for the report.
On the Job Task FastTab, select the appropriate filters.
Choose Print to print the report or choose Preview to view it on the screen.
To print the capital work in process transaction detail report
In the Search box, enter CWIP Transaction Detail, and then choose the related link.
On the Job Ledger Entry FastTab, select the appropriate filters.
You can select Job No., Job Task No., and Posting Date as filters when you generate this report.
Choose Print to print the report or choose Preview to view it on the screen.
To print the capitalized capital work in process report
In the Search box, enter Capitalized CWIP, and then choose the related link.
On the Posted Capitalization FastTab, select the appropriate filters.
You can select FA Code, Job No., and Job Task No. as filters when you generate this report.
Choose Print to print the report or choose Preview to view it on the screen.
