hasAttributes method

Determines whether one or more attributes exist for the object.

HRESULT retVal = object.hasAttributes();

There are no standards that apply here.

Parameters

pfHasAttribute [out, retval]

Type: VARIANT_BOOL

VARIANT_FALSE (false)

The element does not define any attributes.

VARIANT_TRUE (true)

The element defines one or more attributes.

Return value

Type: HRESULT

If this method succeeds, it returns S_OK. Otherwise, it returns an HRESULT error code.

Remarks

The IHTMLDocument7::hasAttributes method determines whether the object has any attributes at all. The IHTMLElement5::hasAttribute method tests for the existence of a specified attribute.
