SpatialEdmFunctions.GeographyFromGml Method (DbExpression, DbExpression)

Creates a DbFunctionExpression that invokes the canonical 'GeographyFromGml' function with the specified arguments. geographyMarkup must have a string result type, while coordinateSystemId must have an integer numeric result type. The result type of the expression is Edm.Geography.

An expression that provides the coordinate system id (SRID) of the geography value's coordinate system.

Return Value

Type: System.Data.Common.CommandTrees.DbFunctionExpression
A new DbFunctionExpression that returns a new geography value based on the specified values.
