TeamFoundationRequestContext.Elevate Method (Boolean)

Returns a SystemRequestContext.

If the current context is a system context, it will return itself.

This [requestContext] is managed by the owning context and should not be disposed after the caller is finished, this will be done when the root context is disposed.
