There are limits on the number of publish, download and delete jobs that you can run at the same time. Jobs that upload and geocode entity data without publishing the data do not count towards this limit. For more information, see Dataflow and Data Source Job Limits. Publish and download jobs are dataflow jobs. A delete job is a data source job.
