SQL Server 2012
Important note Important

Please visit the most up-to-date Power View documentation on office.microsoft.com. Power View is now a feature of Microsoft Excel 2013, and is part of the Microsoft SQL Server 2012 Reporting Services add-in for Microsoft SharePoint Server 2010 and 2013 Enterprise Editions.

This article spells out keyboard shortcuts and other accessibility features of Power View, a feature of SQL Server 2012 Reporting Services Add-in for Microsoft SharePoint Server 2010 Enterprise Edition.

Note Note

Power View supports:

  • Most third-party screen readers.

  • High Contrast.

This section details the keys for moving from the browser to Power View, moving around the different parts of Power View, and moving among the objects in the view. In general adding the Shift key reverses the progression through a series.

Action

Keyboard operation

Tab (Shift + Tab)

Tabbing among items in the view also moves the focus from the outside of a report item, into the parts of the item (for example, the cells in a table, series in a chart, or one small multiple), then to the sort options, then to the popout button on report items that support it.
