How to get the WDK
WDK 8 is integrated with Microsoft Visual Studio and Debugging Tools for Windows. For information about how to get Visual Studio, the WDK, and Debugging Tools for Windows, see Windows Driver Kit 8.
Run-time Requirements
You can use WDK 8 to develop drivers that run on the following operating systems:
