Qbservable.Defer<TValue> Method

Returns a queryable observable sequence that invokes the observable factory whenever a new observer subscribes.

Type Parameters


The type of value.


Type: System.Reactive.Linq.IQbservableProvider
The local Qbservable provider.
Type: System.Linq.Expressions.Expression<Func<IObservable<TValue>>>
The queryable observable factory function to invoke for each observer that subscribes to the resulting sequence.

Return Value

Type: System.Reactive.Linq.IQbservable<TValue>
The queryable observable sequence whose observers trigger an invocation of the given queryable observable factory function.

Usage Note

In Visual Basic and C#, you can call this method as an instance method on any object of type IQbservableProvider. When you use instance method syntax to call this method, omit the first parameter.
