Customer Entry Statistics Window

The Customer Entry Statistics window appears when, from a customer card, you click Customer and then Entry Statistics. The window displays statistics for customer ledger entries.

The Last Documents FastTab displays the most recently posted entry (in the currency of the transaction) of the following types: Payment, Invoice, Credit Memo, Reminder, Finance Charge Memo, and Refund.

The No. of Documents FastTab shows the number of entries of each of the document types, for

  • the current accounting period.

  • the current year to date.

  • the preceding year.

It also shows the total remaining amounts in LCY for all entries of each type.

At the bottom of the FastTab, the program has calculated the Avg. Collection Period for each period. This is determined by subtracting the posting dates from the corresponding payment dates and dividing the total by the number of invoices. The customer's largest balance (in LCY) in each of the three periods is also shown.
